Data Partners stands behind the quality of our data. That is why we have the following guarantee in place to give you the utmost confidence and piece of mind when purchasing our data:
- Our new mover and new homeowner lists are sourced from the National Directory Assistance File -- the most up-to-date data file on the market. Because of our nightly updates, we can guarantee that at least 90% of the records we provide you will be new mover households within the time period you specified in your order. No other provider of new mover data will make the same 90% guarantee.
In the rare instance that the list you purchased does not meet our guarantee, Data Partners will happily refund 100% of your money for those records that do not meet our guarantee. All refund requests are subject to the following conditions:
1. Your request must be made in writing to refunds@data-partners.com and must contain your:
Order Number (found on your receipt)
Order Date
Username
Name
Company Name
Mailing Address
Email Address
2. Your request must be made within 48 hours of your order.
3. You must attach to your email all of the records that you believe are not deliverable or connectable within the timeframe you ordered along with a written explanation of the facts indicating that these records are not deliverable or connectable. Data Partners will manually verify these records. Please allow up to three (3) business days for manual confirmation.
If, after confirmation by our staff, we find that our guarantee was not met, Data Partners will issue a 100% refund for each and every non-conforming record, on a pro rata basis. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for a refund transaction to post.
